Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, organize, and maintain business data using Microsoft Excel.
• Submit, monitor, and manage tickets through the ticketing system.
• Track progress and ensure timely completion of work requests.
• Coordinate with technology teams and business partners to resolve issues.
• Document requests, updates, and completed work accurately.
• Validate data quality and assist in SOP documentation.
• Support projects through task coordination and admin assistance.
• Prioritize assignments while meeting deadlines and service expectations.
• Perform additional operational, analytical, and administrative duties as assigned.
