Job summary

The Hobby Center for the Performing Arts seeks a Technology Analyst to be the frontline IT resource for employees across the campus. You will handle end-user support, Microsoft 365 and Entra administration, device provisioning, and basic network tasks while coordinating with the Technology Director on governance and AI initiatives.

This on-site role requires proactive communication, thorough documentation, and a drive to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in IT support or tech ops with independence and judgment.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Entra ID including MFA and device access.
• Hands-on provisioning of computers, mobiles, printers, and peripherals.
• Strong documentation, training, and end-user communication skills.
• Familiarity with SharePoint administration and AI tool rollout.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employee tech assistance and tickets.
• Provide in-person and remote support across campus with timely updates.
• Provision and support desktops, laptops, mobiles, printers, and peripherals.
• Administer Entra ID tasks: accounts, groups, licensing, MFA.
• Maintain asset inventory, documentation, and compliance with policies.
• Lead or support AI tool rollout and SharePoint adoption.
