Job summary
Sharks Sports and Entertainment, LLC is seeking a Production Manager to maintain and enhance Technical Services equipment, develop upgrade plans, and support events and game days. You will supervise staff, manage asset lifecycles, and lead infrastructure projects while coordinating with the Director of Technical Services.
The role requires extensive experience with broadcast and A/V systems, and availability for event-based hours including nights and weekends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- 8+ years technical experience with control room and events.
- Experience with Broadcast and A/V systems and manufacturers such as Grass Valley, Ross, EVS, Daktronics, QSC.
- Willing to work event-based hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Document, implement, and maintain SOPs for all control room positions.
- Lead training of Sharks staff on broadcast and AV equipment
- Schedule and supervise technical staff for games and events
- Manage inventory, warranties, and asset lifecycles
- Oversee infrastructure projects within budget and on schedule
- Support game day operations with broadcast and A/V systems
- Assist with venue maintenance and capital expense planning
