Job summary

The Hobby Center for the Performing Arts seeks a Technology Analyst to be the primary frontline technology resource for employees, delivering hands-on support across the campus including offices, meeting rooms, and staff devices. You will work with the Technology Director on priorities, governance, and AI initiatives, while maintaining secure, well-documented systems.

Responsibilities include end-user support, device provisioning, Microsoft 365 and Entra administration, basic network support,

Qualifications

Three or more years of IT support, desktop support, or technology operations experience.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID, including accounts, groups, licensing, MFA, and device access.
Hands-on provisioning, deployment, and support of computers, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.

Responsibilities

Provide frontline, staff-facing IT support across campus, including in-person follow-up and ticket closure.
Administer Microsoft Entra ID tasks and device access; manage onboarding/offboarding.
Support network connectivity (wired/wireless) and manage changes per standards.
Develop and deliver staff training and adoption materials for new tools.
Create and maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and documentation for tech operations.
