Our Client, a growing company in the entertainment and production space is looking for a hands‑on IT Support Analyst who enjoys solving problems, helping users, and keeping day‑to‑day IT operations running smoothly in a fast‑paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Be the go‑to for end‑user support across Windows laptops, Microsoft 365, printers, and common peripherals
- Set up, deploy, and refresh laptops and desktops for new and existing employees
- Support user accounts, email setup, access changes, and offboarding
- Assist with conference room tech, AV setups, and collaboration tools
- Troubleshoot basic connectivity issues (Wi‑Fi, VPN, network access) and escalate when needed
- Track IT assets and keep tickets and documentation organized
- Provide occasional onsite support at nearby offices or operational sites
What You Bring
- 4–7 years in IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support roles
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
- Experience working with laptops, desktops, and standard office hardware
- A customer‑first mindset and clear communication style
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests
- Comfort with light physical tasks like moving or setting up equipment
Nice to Have
- Exposure to device management or identity tools (e.g., Intune, Entra ID)
- Basic networking knowledge or familiarity with enterprise Wi‑Fi environments
- Experience supporting cloud‑based phone or collaboration platforms
- Background in multi‑site, field, or production‑style environments
