Job summary

Halo Sports and Entertainment in Inglewood, CA is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join the Technology team. You will provide end-user support across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, support Microsoft 365 and VPN, and document incidents in the ticketing system.

The role includes onboarding and offboarding staff, managing user access via AD/Azure AD, maintaining IT assets, and providing live-event venue tech support during basketball

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent IT experience.
• 2-3 years enterprise technology experience.
• Experience with remote desktop and ticketing tools.
• Imaging computers experience.
• CompTIA A+ certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support via in-person, phone, and remote channels.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps and VPN connectivity.
• Onboard/offboard users and manage access with security controls.
