Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and guest queue triage during busy periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and basic operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction.
• Conduct account reviews to understand guest needs and present product recommendations.
• Provide product benefits and solutions through excellent service.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Support a fast-paced store with guest interactions and follow-through.
