Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or service.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays; 18+ years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and queue triage during busy periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational tasks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to create a positive guest experience.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present recommendations.
• Be a passionate guest advocate and connect with guests in a fun way.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through customer service.
• Create personal connections with guests to simplify tech for them.
• Support a fast-paced store environment with team assistance and follow-through.
