Job summary

Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States seeking a Sales Support Representative to join a fast-paced retail team. The role focuses on assisting guests, driving product knowledge, and supporting the sales process in-store.

You will help with account reviews, product recommendations, merchandising, and delivering outstanding service to every guest. Training is provided, with a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement within Victra.

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or service environment.
• Demonstrated communication with customers to find solutions.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction to ensure a positive, memorable experience.
• Provide product benefits and recommendations to meet guest needs.
• Create personal connections to simplify technology for guests.
