Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States. We are seeking Sales Support Representatives who deliver world-class service to Every Guest. Every Time.

As a part-time Victra Sales Support Representative, you will work in our retail store to support sales processes and provide product knowledge to guests. You will assist with merchandising, customer queue triage, and account reviews, while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers to solve problems.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests in a retail store.
• Support store operations, merchandising, and guest interactions during busy periods.
• Assist with account reviews, product recommendations, and data transfers.
• Help maintain store cleanliness and a welcoming environment.
