Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or service environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests to understand needs and offer solutions.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Support store sales processes and guest interactions to deliver a positive in-store experience.
• Assist with merchandising, store cleanliness, and operational tasks.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help guests make informed choices.
• Conduct account reviews and assist with data transfers and customer queue triage during busy times.
• Create personal connections with guests to simplify tech concepts and solutions.
