Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service, preferably retail.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews and accessory recommendations during busy periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at every guest interaction.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present recommendations.
• Be a passionate guest advocate and connect with guests in a fun, genuine way.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional service.
• Create personal connections with guests to simplify tech for them.
• Assist the team with guest interactions and follow-through in a fast-paced store.
