Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in retail or service.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and peak vacation periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist with account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers and queue triage during busy periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and basic operations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to create a positive guest experience.
• Perform thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present product recommendations.
• Be an enthusiastic guest advocate who connects with customers in a friendly way.
• Explain product benefits and propose suitable solutions to customers.
• Build personal connections to help guests feel confident with technology.
• Support a fast-paced store environment by assisting the team with guest interactions.
