Job summary

Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States. We are seeking Sales Support Representatives to deliver world-class service to Every Guest. You will be the face of Victra, helping guests connect to what matters most.

This part-time role focuses on supporting the sales process, merchandising, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a retail store environment. Training is provided, and opportunities for advancement exist within our team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in retail.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and manage customer queue during peak periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational tasks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and make product recommendations.
• Create personal connections with guests to simplify tech choices.
• Support a fast-paced store environment by assisting team with guest interactions and follow-through.
