Intuit seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver hands-on tax preparation and expert advice. You will grow a local client base, collaborate with specialists, and provide end-to-end tax solutions at a TurboTax location in the United States.

This role emphasizes community engagement, client education, and a seamless customer experience. You will work with a team to connect clients with Intuit resources, offer ongoing support, and participate in local events to expand TurboTax's

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 tax returns for 30+ clients per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be featured in advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence, including tax tips/resources.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, covering simple to complex scenarios.
• Build and grow a local customer base through outreach and community events.
• Collaborate with a team of specialists to offer end-to-end tax and advisory services.
• Engage in ongoing client education and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Represent TurboTax in local events, workshops, and marketing activities.
