Intuit is seeking passionate TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, client advisory, and collaborate with specialists to deliver a complete Intuit experience.

You’ll grow your local client base, engage with the community through events, and help clients navigate personal and business tax scenarios while leveraging TurboTax tools and resources.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver holistic tax advisory and end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism in all client meetings.
