Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide expert tax preparation, advice, and software support at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will engage with clients in-person and virtually, collaborate with specialists, and help grow the local TurboTax client base while delivering end-to-end service in a trusted Intuit ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be used for advertising with name/picture as allowed.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build Relationships - turn transactions into long-term client relationships.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - ensure professional service and guidance across in-person and virtual engagements.
