Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA license or attorney status preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Collaborate with specialist teams for comprehensive tax solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
