Job summary

Intuit seeks energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory services in a local TurboTax location. You will collaborate with colleagues to deliver comprehensive tax solutions and build a thriving local client base through outreach and community events.

You’ll connect clients with Intuit’s broader ecosystem, including bookkeeping and payroll, while delivering superior customer experiences and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training from Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience through collaboration with specialists.
• Maintain onsite presence, working 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week.
