Intuit is seeking an on-site TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide tax preparation, client advisory and community-focused services at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will work in a team of financial experts, handling simple to complex tax situations, while growing the local client base and connecting customers to the broader Intuit ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparations for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem offerings (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build long-term relationships and deliver end-to-end tax experiences with cross‑team collaboration.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.
