Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while growing local client relationships and expanding access to Intuit’s ecosystem.

Join a collaborative team of financial professionals, serve both in-person and virtual clients, and participate in community engagement initiatives and targeted marketing support to build a thriving local practice.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience and strong knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local, at least 20 hours/week; hours may scale up in peak season.
• Must complete required training and development as mandated by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising with name/face.
• Interest in building local and online presence for TurboTax experts; tax tips/content encouraged.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; holistic tax advisory experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex cases.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
