Intuit is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide expert tax prep and personalized guidance, serving both in-person and virtual clients at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end services, while growing the local client base and building community trust.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and tax law knowledge preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with clear, personalized tax guidance.
