Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, offer expert tax advice, and support clients in person and virtually.

This role emphasizes community outreach, local growth, and collaboration with Intuit’s ecosystem to deliver end-to-end services. The position requires onsite work, a strong tax background, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while leveraging

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must reside within the United States and be able to work onsite.
• Experience with holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with holistic Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
