Intuit seeks skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at a designated TurboTax location in the United States.

You will engage with clients to build long-term relationships, grow the local business, and coordinate with a network of specialists to deliver a seamless tax solution. The role emphasizes in-person service, community outreach, and adherence to Intuit standards.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN is required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, and community events.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to offer integrated solutions.
• Deliver end-to-end TurboTax experience in person and via virtual channels.
