Per Scholas is hiring a Manager, Talent Sourcing & Strategy for a remote, full-time role. You will lead proactive sourcing using Boolean logic and LinkedIn Recruiter, coordinate multi-stage interviews, and drive selective full-cycle recruitment across priority roles.

The position emphasizes building diverse candidate pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering a strong candidate experience while aligning with Per Scholas' mission of opening pathways to tech careers.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of talent acquisition experience.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean searches.
• Strong organizational, calendar management, and multi-stage interview coordination skills.
• Excellent written communication for personalized candidate outreach.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion across recruitment lifecycle.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead advanced sourcing methods to identify passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical and nonprofit roles (50%).
• Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling and logistics across hiring teams (25%).
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for priority requisitions from intake to offer negotiations (25%).
• Build and nurture long-term diverse candidate pools to support growth goals.
• Share market intelligence with hiring managers and advise on interview best practices and bias mitigation.
• Ensure data integrity in the ATS and maintain recruitment workflow reporting.
