Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking a results-focused Manager, Talent Sourcing & Strategy for a remote role. You will design proactive sourcing strategies, coordinate multi-stage interviews, and drive selective full-cycle recruitment for key roles while ensuring an inclusive candidate experience.

You will build diverse talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and maintain data integrity in the ATS to support Per Scholas' mission and growth.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of talent acquisition experience and proactive sourcing track record.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and calendar management skills.
• Excellent written communication and outreach copywriting abilities.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment.
• Experience building diverse pipelines and collaborating with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced sourcing using Boolean logic, X-ray searches, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and logistics across hiring teams.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for a priority portfolio from intake to offers.
• Build and nurture long-term diverse candidate pools for growth.
• Partner with managers to calibrate profiles and share market insights.
• Maintain ATS data integrity and generate actionable pipeline metrics.
