Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking a results-driven Manager, Talent Sourcing & Strategy for a remote, full-time role. You will leverage Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter to design proactive sourcing, manage interview scheduling, and lead selective recruitment for priority roles.

Build diverse pipelines and ensure a high-quality candidate journey, aligning with Per Scholas' mission to open pathways to tech careers. You will collaborate with hiring managers, maintain data within the ATS, and champion DEI

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search strings.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and calendar management skills.
• Excellent written communication and outreach copywriting abilities.
• Commitment to embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion in the recruitment lifecycle.
• Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional partners.
• Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred).
• Experience sourcing technical candidates or in the nonprofit sector is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced sourcing methods to identify and engage passive candidates, focusing on hard-to-fill roles.
• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and logistics coordination across hiring teams.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for priority requisitions, from intake to offer.
• Proactively build long-term inclusive candidate pools to support growth.
• Partner with internal hiring managers to calibrate profiles and share market intel.
• Maintain candidate data and pipeline metrics within the ATS.
