Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking a results-driven Manager, Talent Sourcing & Strategy to drive talent discovery, coordination, and selective recruitment in a fully remote role. You will design proactive sourcing strategies, map candidates, and manage interview scheduling across teams to deliver high-quality hires.

You will build diverse pipelines, partner with hiring managers, share market intelligence, and ensure a smooth candidate journey that aligns with Per Scholas' mission to open pathways to tech

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience.
• Proven ability to build candidate pipelines and passive talent networks.
• Strong written communication and outreach copywriting skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced sourcing methodologies to identify, map, and engage passive candidates, with emphasis on hard-to-fill roles (50% focus).
• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and logistics across hiring teams (25% focus).
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for priority requisitions—from intake to offer.
• Proactively build inclusive candidate pools to support expansion.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate profiles and share market intelligence.
• Maintain candidate data integrity and pipeline metrics in the ATS.
