You will partner with hiring managers to source passive talent, deliver a premium recruiting experience, and influence hiring strategies across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for business roles across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Operations.
• Proven track record hiring in high-growth, high-bar environments including startups and AI-focused roles.
• Established, high-profile network in business communities.
• Creative problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
• Data-driven sourcing and analytics to guide decisions and measure impact.
• Commitment to diversity, equity and building inclusive teams.

Responsibilities

• Build, own, and nurture a strong pipeline across People, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations.
• Deliver a world-class recruiting experience reflecting Cohere's premium brand.
• Partner with hiring managers to engage passive talent using creative sourcing.
• Maintain market intelligence on talent trends and competition.
• Manage recruiting funnels in our ATS with regular progress updates.
• Develop proactive sourcing to optimize top-of-funnel for business roles.
• Cultivate relationships across business networks and industry leaders.
• Own high-impact talent projects as they arise.
