Cohere is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition partner to recruit top business talent across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations. This full-time contract covers paternity leave through June 2027 and helps shape Cohere's emerging Talent Acquisition function in a fast-growing AI environment.

You will build pipelines, influence hiring managers, and craft creative sourcing strategies while leveraging data to optimize the recruiting funnel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruiting for business roles across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations in US/EMEA
• Startup/high-growth hiring experience; AI experience preferred
• Established network in business communities
• Creative problem solver in fast-paced environments
• Influencer with strong relationship-building skills
• Data-driven sourcing decisions and analytics usage
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusive teams
• Strategic mindset with long-term hiring perspective

Responsibilities

• Build, own, and nurture a strong pipeline of business talent across People, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations
• Deliver a world-class recruiting experience reflecting Cohere's premium brand
• Partner with hiring managers and talent partners to engage passive talent through creative sourcing
• Maintain market intelligence on business talent trends and competitive landscape
• Manage recruiting funnels in ATS and update progress and analytics
• Develop proactive sourcing approaches to optimize top of funnel for business roles
• Cultivate relationships across business communities and industry leaders
• Identify and own high-impact talent projects as they emerge
