Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience sourcing for business roles (Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, Ops).
• Proven track record in high-growth, high-bar environments (startup/AI preferred).
• Established network in business communities.
• Creative problem solver in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
• Natural influencer with strong relationship-building skills.
• Uses data/analytics to drive sourcing decisions and measure impact.

Responsibilities

• Build, own, and nurture a pipeline of business talent across key functions.
• Deliver a world-class recruiting experience reflective of Cohere's brand.
• Partner with hiring managers to engage passive talent via creative sourcing.
• Maintain market intelligence on talent trends and competitors.
• Manage recruiting funnels in the ATS and report progress.
• Develop proactive sourcing approaches to top-of-funnel optimization.
• Cultivate relationships across business communities and leaders.
• Own high-impact talent projects as they arise.
