Cohere is seeking a Talent Partner to build and lead recruiting for business roles across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing, and Operations. You will craft a world-class candidate experience, partner with managers to attract passive talent, and shape Cohere's growth with data-driven sourcing.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, leveraging your network to hire top-tier talent globally while driving DEI initiatives and thoughtful hiring practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruiting for business roles (Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Operations) in US/EMEA markets.
• Proven track record hiring in high-growth, high-bar environments (startup, AI experience preferred).
• Established, high-profile network in business communities.
• Creative problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Natural influencer with strong relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven sourcing decisions and measuring effectiveness.
• Passion for diversity, equity, and building inclusive teams.

Responsabilités

• Build and nurture a strong pipeline of world-class business talent across People, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations.
• Deliver a world-class recruiting experience reflecting Cohere's premium brand.
• Partner with hiring managers and talent partners to engage passive talent through creative sourcing.
• Maintain deep market intelligence on business talent trends and the competitive landscape.
• Manage comprehensive recruiting funnels in our ATS with progress and analytics.
• Develop proactive sourcing approaches to optimize the top of the funnel for business roles.
• Cultivate relationships with established networks across business communities and industry leaders.
• Identify and own additional high-impact talent projects as they emerge.
