Job summary
Cohere is seeking a Talent Partner to build, own and nurture a strong pipeline of business talent across People, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations. - 5+ years of experience recruiting for business roles across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations.
Responsibilities
- Build, own, and nurture a pipeline of business talent across various functions.
- Deliver a world-class recruiting experience reflecting Cohere's premium brand.
- Partner with hiring managers to engage passive talent using creative sourcing methods.
- Maintain market intelligence on talent trends and the competitive landscape.
- Manage recruiting funnels in the ATS, updating progress and analytics regularly.
- Develop proactive sourcing approaches to optimize the top of the funnel for business roles.
- Cultivate relationships with networks across business communities and industry leaders.
- Identify and own high-impact talent projects as they emerge.
