Cohere is seeking a Talent Partner to build and own a pipeline of business talent across multiple functions. You will partner with hiring managers, engage passive candidates creatively, and maintain market intelligence to inform recruiting strategies.

The role demands 5+ years in business recruitment, a strong network, and a data-driven approach within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is a remote-friendly, full-time contract role with paternity leave coverage through mid-2027.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for business roles across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations in markets like EMEA/US etc.
• Proven track record of hiring candidates in high-growth and a high-bar environments (startup, technology, AI experience strongly preferred)
• Established, high-profile network in business communities
• Creative problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Natural influencer with exceptional relationship-building skills
• Data-driven to drive sourcing decisions and measure effectiveness
• Passionate about diversity, equity, and building inclusive business teams
• Strategic mindset with the ability to see beyond immediate hiring needs

Responsabilités

• Build, own, and nurture a strong pipeline of world-class business talent across People, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations
• Deliver a world-class recruiting experience that reflects Cohere's premium brand
• Partner with hiring managers and talent partners to find and engage passive talent through creative sourcing methods
• Maintain deep market intelligence on business talent trends and competitive landscape
• Manage comprehensive recruiting funnels in our ATS, updating progress and analytics regularly
• Develop creative, proactive sourcing approaches to optimize the top of the funnel for business roles
• Cultivate relationships with established networks across business communities and industry leaders
• Identify and own additional high-impact talent projects as they emerge
