Job summary

Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Recruiter to run efficient and effective recruiting across multiple locations and business units.

The role will partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and ensure a smooth process from application through onboarding. Responsibilities include screening resumes, interviewing candidates, administering assessments and background checks, and delivering offers for exempt and nonexempt positions.

Qualifications

• At least two years of prior recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
• Extensive experience in using candidate sourcing tools for recruiting.
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize a diversified workload, meeting established deadlines with minimal supervision.
• A positive and upbeat team member.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs for multiple locations and business units.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates (phone or in-person), administer assessments, perform background checks, and make hiring recommendations.
• Act as an expert for recruiting candidates within an assigned territory and business category.
• Utilize traditional and nontraditional resources to identify, attract, and source quality candidates.
• Develop advertising programs to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
• Maintain candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and communicate employment details during offers.
