Qualifications

• At least two years of recruiting experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Extensive experience in using candidate sourcing tools for recruiting.
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize a diversified workload, meeting established deadlines with minimal supervision.
• A positive and upbeat team member!

Responsibilities

• Partners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Screens resumes, interviews candidates (phone or in person), administers assessments and reference/background checks, makes recommendations for hire and delivers offers for exempt and nonexempt openings.
• Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates within an assigned territory and business category.
• Uses traditional and nontraditional resources (career fairs, online job fairs, community events) to identify quality candidates.
• Develops advertising programs to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
• Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process.
• Communicates important employment information during offers (benefits, compensation, noncompete agreements).
• Manages candidate activity in the ATS.
