The role requires 5+ years in recruitment, 3+ years in leadership, and strong skills in Excel and modern ATS platforms. This is a full-time, on-site position in Pasadena, CA with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience driving goals, executing projects and problem solving.
• Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience with recruitment technology and talent management systems.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of time.
• 5+ years in Recruitment and 3+ years leading teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Determine current staffing needs and forecasts; support and strategy to fill positions.
• Oversee recruitment budget and manage vendor relationships and spend.
• Manage and control use of agency recruitment.
• Coordinate with business leaders to shape recruitment strategies for each entity.
• Lead employment branding initiatives and sourcing strategies for pipelines.
• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, calls, etc.).
• Ensure positive candidate experience and retention.
• Develop metrics and reports to identify trends and staffing needs.
