Job summary

Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to support multiple locations and business units, ensuring smooth recruitment from application through onboarding.

You will partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and deliver offers for exempt and nonexempt roles. The ideal candidate has at least two years of recruiting experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong sourcing skills.

• Extensive experience using candidate sourcing tools.
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Screen resumes and interview candidates (phone or in person), administer assessments and reference/background checks, and deliver offers for both exempt and nonexempt openings.
• Serve as an expert for recruiting candidates within an assigned territory and business category.
• Use traditional and nontraditional resources to identify, attract, and source quality candidates.
• Develop advertising programs to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback on the process.
• Communicate employment information during offers (benefits, compensation, noncompete).
• Manage candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
