Job summary

Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to efficiently recruit for multiple locations and business units, supporting the company’s operational hiring needs. The role collaborates with the team to ensure smooth application flow, background checks, and onboarding.

The recruiter will partner with hiring managers, source candidates through various channels, manage ATS workflows, and deliver offers for both exempt and nonexempt positions within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• At least two years of prior recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
• Extensive experience in using candidate sourcing tools for recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Partners with hiring manager to determine staffing needs.
• Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administers assessments and reference/background checks, makes recommendations for hire and delivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt roles in an assigned territory.
• Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates within an assigned territory and business category.
• Uses traditional and nontraditional resources (career fairs, online job fairs, community events) to identify, attract, and source quality candidates.
• Develops advertising programs to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
• Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruiting process.
• Communicates important employment information during offers (benefits, compensation, noncompete)
• Manages candidate activity in the ATS.
