The role partners with hiring managers, uses traditional and nontraditional sourcing methods, and manages offers and onboarding activities. Travel to nearby facilities is required once a week, with emphasis on candidate experience and timely hiring.

Qualifications

• Two years of recruiting experience required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Extensive experience using candidate sourcing tools for recruiting.
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize a diversified workload, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Positive and upbeat team member.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates (phone/in-person), perform assessments and background checks, and deliver offers for openings within an assigned territory.
• Serve as an expert for recruiting candidates within an assigned territory and business category.
• Source quality candidates using traditional and nontraditional channels (career fairs, online events, community networks).
• Develop advertising programs to ensure high visibility to potential candidates.
• Follow up with candidates and managers to obtain feedback on the recruiting process; communicate offer details.
• Manage current candidate activity in the ATS.
• Ability to travel to nearby facilities once a week.
