Formación

• At least two years of recruiting experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Extensive experience using candidate sourcing tools.
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• A positive and upbeat team member.

Responsabilidades

• Partners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Screens resumes, interviews candidates, and references checks; makes hire recommendations.
• Serves as an expert for recruiting within an assigned territory and category.
• Uses traditional and nontraditional resources to source candidates.
• Develops advertising programs to improve candidate visibility.
• Maintains candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
