Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates (phone or in person), administer assessments and reference/background checks, make recommendations for hire and deliver offers.
• Serve as an expert for recruiting candidates within an assigned territory and business category.
• Uses traditional and nontraditional resources to identify, attract, and source quality candidates.
• Develops advertising programs to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process.
• Communicates important employment information during offers (benefits, compensation, noncompete).
• Manages current candidate activity in the ATS.
