• Clear communication across Slack and email with all team members.
• Ability to work with AI tools to improve recruiting operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class experience for candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and TA Partners.
• Schedule high-volume and complex candidate interviews with partners.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts across the organization.
• Cover for other coordinators to maintain scheduling and logistics.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline scheduling and coordination; suggest process improvements.
• Participate in ad-hoc Talent Acquisition projects.
