Circle is hiring a temporary Talent Acquisition Operations Associate for a fixed 6-month term. You’ll support scheduling candidate interviews and day-to-day coordination, partnering with TA Partners to deliver best-in-class service to candidates and interview teams.

This hands-on role lets you contribute quickly in a fast-paced environment. You’ll bring 1+ year in TA ops/coordinator, comfort in a fast-paced setting, and strong communication via Slack and email.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Talent Acquisition Operations Associate or Coordinator role, preferably in tech/fintech/payments.
• Experience in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Professionalism under pressure and clear communication via Slack and email.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and Apple macOS.
• Experience using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Glean to streamline tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class experience for candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and TA Partners.
• Routinely schedule high-volume and complex interviews with partners.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts across the organization.
• Cover for other coordinators to keep scheduling and logistics running smoothly.
• Use AI tools to streamline scheduling and coordination and suggest process improvements.
