• 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or Coordinator roles.
• Experience in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• High level of professionalism and composure under pressure.
• Clear communication with team members via Slack and email.
• Strong work ethic and timely task completion.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and Apple macOS.

Responsibilities

• Schedule candidate interviews and support day-to-day coordination.
• Provide best-in-class service to candidates and interview teams.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and maintain smooth operations across the organization.
• Cover for other coordinators to keep scheduling and logistics running.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline scheduling and coordination; suggest small process improvements.
• Contribute to ad-hoc Talent Acquisition projects as needed.
