Circle is seeking a temporary Talent Acquisition Operations Associate to join our recruiting team for a fixed 6-month term, reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition Effectiveness. In this role, you’ll keep our recruiting operations running smoothly by scheduling candidate interviews and supporting day-to-day coordination.

You’ll work closely with TA Partners and the coordination team, providing best-in-class service to candidates and interview teams.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or Coordinating in tech/fintech/payments
• Experience working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• A high level of professionalism and composure under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly across Slack and email
• Tremendous work ethic and drive to complete tasks in a timely fashion
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and Apple macOS

Aufgaben

• Schedule candidate interviews and support day-to-day coordination
• Provide best-in-class service to candidates and interview teams
• Routinely schedule high-volume and complex interviews with partners
• Resolve scheduling conflicts across the organization
• Cover for other coordinators to maintain scheduling and logistics
• Support ad-hoc Talent Acquisition projects and leverage AI tools where useful
