Job summary

Circle is seeking a temporary Talent Acquisition Operations Associate to join our recruiting team for a fixed 6-month term. You will schedule candidate interviews and support day-to-day coordination, working closely with TA Partners to deliver exceptional service.

This role is focused on execution with the ability to contribute quickly in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, and macOS is required, and AI tool experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Talent Acquisition Operations Associate or Coordinator.
• Experience in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• High level of professionalism and ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Clear communication across Slack and email with all team members.
• Strong drive to complete tasks in a timely fashion.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and Apple macOS.

Responsibilities

• Schedule candidate interviews, from high-volume to complex, with partners.
• Provide best-in-class service to candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and TA Partners.
• Coordinate and resolve scheduling conflicts across the organization.
• Cover for other coordinators to keep scheduling and logistics running smoothly.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline scheduling and flag process improvements.
• Contribute to ad-hoc Talent Acquisition projects as needed.
