• Schedule high-volume and complex candidate interviews with partners.
• Provide best-in-class experience for candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts across the organization.
• Cover for other coordinators to maintain scheduling/logistics.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline scheduling and coordination.
• Contribute to ad-hoc Talent Acquisition projects as needed.
