Job summary

Circle is seeking a temporary Talent Acquisition Operations Associate to support the recruiting team for a fixed 6-month term. You will schedule candidate interviews, coordinate day-to-day TA activities, and partner with TA Directors to ensure a smooth interview process.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year experience in TA operations or coordination, thrive in fast-paced environments, and communicate clearly via Slack and email. Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and macOS is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Operations Associate or Coordinator.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• A high level of professionalism and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate clearly with all team members across Slack and email.
• Tremendous work ethic and drive to complete tasks in a timely fashion.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and Apple macOS.

Responsibilities

• Providing a best-in-class experience for candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and TA Partners.
• Routinely scheduling high-volume and complex candidate interviews with partners across the organization, resolving scheduling conflicts as they arise.
• Covering for other coordinators on the team as needed to keep scheduling and logistics running without interruption.
• Using AI tools to streamline scheduling and coordination work, and flagging small process improvements when the opportunity arises.
• Jumping in on ad-hoc Talent Acquisition projects as needed.
