Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Operations Associate or Coordinator.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• A high level of professionalism and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate clearly with all members of the team across Slack and email.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and Apple macOS.

Responsibilities

• Schedule candidate interviews and support day-to-day coordination for recruitment.
• Provide best-in-class service to candidates and interview teams.
• Assist with high-volume and complex interviews across the organization to resolve conflicts.
